YOGA FOR ANXIETY 6 week series
Mondays at 6:30 - 7:30pm
Beginning July 13th - August 17th
The intention of this 6-week series is to teach you how to better understand your anxiety and how yoga can help to ease the stress of anxiety on your mind and body, and to support yourself in moments of high stress.
You will learn simple practices, tools and routines to help manage your anxiety and emotions. Through breathwork, meditation, journaling, and movement you will be guided through a weekly practice that you can take home with you for daily use.
I believe yoga can be a life changing tool for many struggling with anxiety and overwhelming emotions and am passionate about connecting with and helping others who share similar struggles.
You do not need any prior experience with yoga to attend this series!

Intro to Yoga - Beginner Series
Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30pm
Beginning July 9th - August 13th
Learn the basics and build a lifelong practice that promotes health of the body, mind, and spirit. I will guide students through the foundational elements of yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breath work). Students will be offered modifications and alternatives to suit every level of experience. Come explore these ancient and powerful tools in a warm, casual, and fun environment. This session is appropriate for anyone interested in beginning a yoga practice, or those returning to the practice after some time away. All are welcome!
