This yoga flow by Candace is an oldie but a goodie and a solid fav. of mine.
Can't wait to take my 200 hr YTT with her this July!
5. Daily Om
A book of inspirational thoughts for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling day. A companion to the website. Whatever your current struggle, this book likely has the short and sweet wisdom and understanding your looking for.
6. Simple Habit, a meditation app
Meditation. Shut your mouth. Just try it.
I'm literally the queen of racing thoughts. If you can relate that doesn't mean we're incapable of meditation, it means we need it that much more! The best way to start is with a guided meditation. This app has a bunch of different ones, and many for free. :-)
